RatPack are a legendary DJ/MC duo from the United Kingdom, known for their groundbreaking contributions to the rave and jungle scenes of the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s. Comprised of MC Evenson Allen and DJ Lipmaster Mark, the pair rose to prominence during the heyday of the UK rave scene and went on to become one of the most influential acts in the history of dance music.

RatPack's unique blend of hip-hop, reggae, and house music quickly made them a favorite among club-goers, and their high-energy performances and infectious beats helped to define the sound of the era. Their signature track, "Searching for my Rizla", remains a classic of the genre, and is widely considered one of the greatest rave anthems of all time.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jules Pinkney has transitioned from behind-the-scenes event management to electrifying the dance floor with her funky and jackin house beats. Supporting the likes of Fat Tony, KKlass and Danny Rampling, Jules is now a force to be reckoned with as a DJ in her own right. Her track record includes managing festivals & events with artists Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Gok Wan, and Masters at Work, solidifying her status as both a performer at heart and an event manager extraordinaire.

David, known to many as “Disco”, is one of our most talented and vastly experienced DJs with a career spanning 20 years. He has lit up dance floors in clubs such as the Ministry of Sound, Pacha and Es Paradis, and has held residencies in many key venues in his local City of Chelmsford and the surrounding area including The Bar, Decadence and Barista.

Dave has been a DJ since 1988, playing house music throughout the Warehouse Party era when he met and joined local dance band Sunscreem. During the 1990s he produced and remixed over 30 tracks including the 1993 Billboard Number 1 Dance Chart Hit “Love U More” as well as completing remixes for bands such as Simply Red, Eternal and The Human League. During this time he was booked as a guest DJ in many clubs around the world including venues in the USA, Africa and Europe, whilst holding down a 2 year residency at The Zoo in Ibiza.

Ben is a 19 year old award winning DJ from Chelmsford and this is his third year playing at the Street Eats and Beats festival. Ben has played at an impressive range of venues in and around Essex including Bar and Beyond, Rollerworld, Sub Zero, Hyde Park Winter wonderland and many more as well as presenting the Monday morning breakfast show on Chelmsford Community Radio.

Ben produces his own music and earlier this year released his first single ‘Let the music make you bounce’ which is now streaming across all platforms.

Chalkie White became an MC back in 1989 for Genesis, Weekend World, Biology, Energy and Dreamscape until 1991. He first got into the scene by being persistent and knowing exactly what was required to be a decent MC and just how to introduce the DJs on the night. Chalkie was one of the first of his kind and after a short break in his career, he picked up his mic in 2008 and started that comical ball rolling again!!!!

He's still going strong only now the hunger to get to the top of his game is bigger, louder and even funnier than before. Onetime resident at Camden Palace, Astoria's Orange/Crazy Club and Fantasy FM. When asked to name an event that he is most proud of 'Freedom to Party' was top on that list.

Carly is an energetic and majestic House DJ who specialises in Tech and Vocal house music. Carly has been on the scene for 18 years and began playing lots of different genres of underground electronic music. Originally a vinyl DJ, she began her DJ career on one of Essex’s largest pirate radio stations Force FM 106.5 as both a DJ and host. Carly is the oracle for all things House & Garage and if she don’t know it it’s probably not worth knowing!

Danielle Montana has been DJ’ing since the 80s and has been acknowledged as one of the most influential artists in the Dance music scene

Danielle Montana is one of the first female DJs to emerge from the British dance music scene with her historic and upfront sound in House music diversity.

Danielle is the first and youngest female DJs to play Underground Acid House music in the UK at the age of 16. Developing her sound and keeping ahead of the times she has been at the forefront of the House music evolutions and continues to bring innovative sounds to the scene with every performance.
