Alison Limerick

Alison Limerick began her singing career in London’s live music scene before transitioning to musical theatre, with roles in productions like Starlight Express and The Pajama Game. Alongside session work with artists like The Style Council and This Mortal Coil, she launched a successful solo career with her 1992 debut album And Still I Rise, featuring the dance classic Where Love Lives. She followed with With A Twist, collaborating with industry legends like Frankie Knuckles and David Morales. A remix album in 1996 saw Where Love Lives top dance charts again, leading to a MOBO nomination. Over the years, Alison has worked with an array of producers, released multiple albums, and toured globally, performing across jazz, funk, and house music scenes. She continues to record, perform with Brooklyn Funk Essentials, and appear in classical house music events, solidifying her status as a beloved dance music icon.

Ridney has released music over 20 years with the biggest dance labels; including Defected, Toolroom, Armada, Newstate, Perfecto, Ministry of Sound, Nervous, Size & Spinnin.

Known for his regular DJ appearances on tour with Cafe Mambo Ibiza, plus his sets at their spiritual home on the sunset strip of Ibiza, Ridney's music has travelled far and wide - featuring many times on BBC Radio 1, Capital Chill, Kiss FM, ITV's "Love Island" & various worldwide Netflix shows.

His remix of Flo Rida ft. David Guetta "Club Can't Handle Me" featured as part of the official UK No.1 single package.

On its final night, BBC News reported that Carl Cox started his final Space Ibiza DJ mix with Ridney's "At Night".

Beat Junkiez

Beat Junkiez, aka Rob & John, have been DJing for 30 years, starting with vinyl before evolving with the scene. They played legendary clubs like Ministry of Sound and The Cross before moving into house music production in the early 2000s, earning support from Judge Jules and Paul Van Dyk. After a break, their 2017 remix of Dionne’s *Come Get My Lovin’* reignited their passion, leading to club and radio success. Their track *Give Me Praise* gained major festival play, marking their return to the scene. Now signed to top labels and supported by icons like Roger Sanchez, they’re back DJing at clubs and festivals worldwide, including Ibiza, and set to perform alongside Fatboy Slim in 2025. For Beat Junkiez, it’s all about the love of house music.

Odyssey Inc. was born from the love of Funky Disco infused House music specialising in remixing classic house tracks for the present dance floors including remixes for: David Penn, Kevin McKay, Soul Avengerz, Groove Committee, Solution, Jason Herd, Victor Simonelli, Ny's Finest and many more..

Having had the highest selling House track of 2022 on Traxsource with Ny's Finest - Do You Feel Me (Odyssey Inc. Remix) Bassline Records, Paul continues to bring the unique Odyssey Inc. sound to classic tracks and is now regular chart topping on Traxsource.

Dave Valentine
Dave Valentine

Dave has been a DJ since 1988, playing house music throughout the Warehouse Party era when he met and joined local dance band Sunscreem. During the 1990s he produced and remixed over 30 tracks including the 1993 Billboard Number 1 Dance Chart Hit “Love U More” as well as completing remixes for bands such as Simply Red, Eternal and The Human League. During this time he was booked as a guest DJ in many clubs around the world including venues in the USA, Africa and Europe, whilst holding down a 2 year residency at The Zoo in Ibiza.

David Brooksbank
David Brooksbank

David, known to many as “Disco”, is one of our most talented and vastly experienced DJs with a career spanning 20 years. He has lit up dance floors in clubs such as the Ministry of Sound, Pacha and Es Paradis, and has held residencies in many key venues in his local City of Chelmsford and the surrounding area including The Bar, Decadence and Barista.

Kay (aka Sister Sax) has been smashing the entertainment scene for over twenty five years across the UK.

Running alongside her extremely successful wedding business, her Vocal and Saxophone skills have taken her live music acts to festivals, celebrity events, tv appearances and exclusive nightclubs.

Kay’s repertoire covers all aspects of disco and club music, from soulful house through to uk garage. Available as a solo act or alongside any DJ, Sister Sax will deliver a professional, high energy and friendly service.

Chalkie White

Chalkie White became an MC back in 1989 for Genesis, Weekend World, Biology, Energy and Dreamscape until 1991. He first got into the scene by being persistent and knowing exactly what was required to be a decent MC and just how to introduce the DJs on the night. Chalkie was one of the first of his kind and after a short break in his career, he picked up his mic in 2008 and started that comical ball rolling again!!!!

He's still going strong only now the hunger to get to the top of his game is bigger, louder and even funnier than before. Onetime resident at Camden Palace, Astoria's Orange/Crazy Club and Fantasy FM. When asked to name an event that he is most proud of 'Freedom to Party' was top on that list.

Marcus Dryden’s DJ journey began in Corfu in 2016, where his charisma caught the attention of DJs and promoters. Inspired by his love for music, he taught himself to mix in 2018, quickly gaining recognition on Mixcloud. By 2019, he secured club and festival bookings, including Ibiza and Corfu, and became a resident DJ for WeAreHousework with a monthly CentreForce Radio slot. Now playing alongside top DJs at events like Jacfest and Housework, Marcus is known for his funky, high-energy sets and passion for music, always bringing a vibrant atmosphere to every event.

Antonn Black has spent decades mastering his craft as a DJ, seamlessly blending genres from the 80s to today. With an extensive music library and a background in old-school DJing, he brings both expert mixing and dynamic microphone presence to every event. Having played top nightclubs, trendy bars, and exclusive parties, his versatile sets span everything from old-school R&B, soul, garage, and house to chart-topping dance anthems. Whether it’s an intimate bar or a full club night, Antonn’s ability to read the crowd guarantees an unforgettable experience.

Saya has played at clubs such as Ministry of Sound, EGG London, Hush Ibiza, BayBar Beach Ibiza to mention a few.

Ben Collinson
Ben Collinson

Ben is a 20 year old award winning DJ from Chelmsford and this is his fourth year playing at the Street Eats and Beats festival. Ben has played at an impressive range of venues in and around Essex including Bar and Beyond, Rollerworld, Sub Zero, Hyde Park Winter wonderland and many more as well as presenting the Monday morning breakfast show on Chelmsford Community Radio.

Ben produces his own music and earlier this year released his first single ‘Let the music make you bounce’ which is now streaming across all platforms.
